  1. The Vicksburg 1936 photo is a view looking North on Walnut St. The marquee entrance is into the side of the Carroll Hotel. The light stone building seen thru the marquee is the side of the BB Club on the corner of Clay and Walmut. On the E. side of Walnut is the Saenger Theatre, later destroyed in the tornado. Between the theater and Clay St are the Elks Club and the Hotel Vicksburg, not visible in the picture. Any other thoughts on this?
