Today’s three posts will determine our winner of this week’s Name This Place contest. Yesterday, Suzassippi ID’d the Tupelo One-Hour Martenizing Cleaners sign, and moved into her first lead of the week. But later in the day, all we heard was crickets for the second posting, which remains unsolved and may be my first true stumper. Carunzel has identified the quote, but where could it be located in Mississippi?
Here are the standings going into the final rounds:
Suzassippi: 11
Victoria Moon Conway: 9
Tom Barnes: 4
crpiii: 3
Carunzel: 3
Jack Elliott: 2
sec040121: 1
Will Victoria make a comeback in the fourth quarter? Will 11.4.2 be my stumper? Who will be the next Mississippi Preservationist Extraordinaire? These and other questions will be answered today. Stay tuned and jump in!
Read The Rules, and be the first to Name This Place.

According to Suzassippi’s post from 2012, we don’t know who the architect is.

W.S. Arrasmith was the Greyhound house architect for their streamline terminals. Whether he is credited for the Clarksdale terminal or not, he almost certainly designed it.
