How beautiful with landscaping! Not the way I remember it. I believe it also served as the Jewish social club at one time. We also called it the officers club, but that isn’t official. It served the Greenville Air Base.
Located on Washington Ave next to Elks Club.
I see we have gone pretty hi-falutin’ this week, taking vacations at the country clubs instead of the mom and pop hotels. I don’t think I have the right kind of formal wear for country club, so I will be staying home. :)
Never heard of a country club where you vacation!!! the ones I was familiar with were for golfing, tennis, swimming etc. maybe a nice restaurant and good place for receptions and dinners. Guess most of them were not politically correct and now are just beautiful picture postcards. Too bad.

Are you trying to say it is not high class to go to the E’vis museum?

It may or may not be high class, but it is definitely not high falutin!
