  1. A very poignant post since the Sprague burned on May 15, 1974. So this was definitely the last on-board season for “Gold in the Hills.”

  2. I used to know the owner of Pemberton’s Headquarters and help with painting and cleanup. Glad that it is better preserved today as part of the National Park service.
