  1. I think this wonderful project is one of the best things that could’ve happened to downtown Hattiesburg. My wife and I have always been in love with old architecture and seeing these buildings come back into their former glory, coupled with a growing restaurant, bar and retail element, I am tempted to sell my rural home and get onto what I am sure is a growing wait-list for one of these fabulous apartments.
Best of luck to all involved and thank you.

    • Glad to hear the local folks are excited about the project. For the past several decades Mississippi has abhorred urban settings. I believe that we can have the best of both urban/and rural settings in our state. Maybe these projects are evidence of that attitude turning around? Let us know if you decide to take the leap and move downtown.

  4. Sure is a good offer. We will close around January 10! I can’t believe it. Now we are looking for somewhere in historical area of Hattiesburg to possibly rent until one of these buildings is ready.
