Isn’t this acually Crystal Lake in Newton, Mass. and not Newton, Miss.?
Posted by crpiii | June 3, 2011, 8:41 amBeing a native of Newton County, I am pretty sure that there is no Crystal Lake in Newton.
Posted by Mingo | June 3, 2011, 11:53 amIt says “Mass.” right there on top of the card.
Posted by Kathleen Jenkins | June 3, 2011, 2:16 pmNewton is a very posh suburb of Boston, with lots of beautiful homes. This bath house still stands at the south end of Crystal Lake. Many years ago I used to eat breakfast at “The Knotty Pine” just north of here every time I left Boston on the Mass Pike.
