Thanks for the trip down memory lane! A heavy dose of nostalgia helps to ice the brain down on these awful hot days just like the magical window units and sparkling swimming pools of these wonderful tourist courts – how nice and modern and elegant we thought they were when we were young and less jaded. Ever so much better than hot, stinky farm ponds full of fish and turtles and snakes to swim in – and no hot mud squishing up between your toes as you waded in. And then you got to eat out in a restaurant and order whatever you wanted! What a rare treat!
