Looks like minimal stabilization has occurred based on visual review over the holidays. Some terra-cotta has been pulled, and temporary peel-and-stick waterproofing has been applied (my observations). Pedestrian barriers remain at sidewalks.

Not sure how many “second chances” this project has. I’ll try to keep my fingers crossed!
